HSCInfoTech offers remote support to diagnose and fix computer and network trouble. In most cases, if you are able to connect to the internet, we can initiate a remote session to work on your PC. The technology that makes this possible is Citrix GoToAssist .
GoToAssist is Web-based remote-support technology that enables HSCInfoTech to resolve your technical issues online using shared screen, mouse and keyboard control and other Web-based tools. GoToAssist remote-support solutions are safe because they have the same security architecture as all Citrix Online products do: end-to-end Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption. No unencrypted information is ever stored on our system.

You start your session by going to Fast Support. You will enter your name and a one-time, 9 digit support key. Then click

Use the Ticketing System
You may also create a support ticket. This ticket will allow you to track the progress of your support request and recieve notifications when changes have made. A link to a GoTo Assist Express remote session can also be retrieved from a ticket.
